Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret by Judy Blume
Margaret’s parents don’t take her to church and they don’t believe in God. They think she isn’t religious at all, but they don’t know she talks to God all the time, about all the big stuff and all the little stuff too. But when her new friends tell her everyone in town is either Jewish or Christian, Margaret decides to make finding a religion her personal project this year and begins her research.
Will she be able to figure out which one is best? With everything else going on in her life as she figures out her new friends, how much help will God be with all her problems?
