Frannie isn’t very religious, especially compared to her friend Samantha, who keeps inviting her to church. But when their teacher reads them a poem about hope and a new boy shows up that everyone’s calling Jesus-Boy, Samantha wonders if maybe he really IS Jesus. Frannie starts to wonder what would that mean?
School and boys don't worry Franny too much, but she is worried about her momma and the new baby she's going to have. What if miracles could happen today? How can she tell if this Jesus-Boy is just wierd, or if he’s something different, something holy?
Would it change her life? Would it change everything else?

I found this video on youtube and it is really nice, but check it for accuracy. It doesn't exactly sound the same as your book description.
